Hi,
Thanks for writing..
Numbness and pain over the body is a common symptom in pregnancy.. Did you have these symptoms prior to pregnancy? Cervical spondylosis starts prior to pregnancy..
You can take paracetamol to get pain relief thrice daily.. No other tablets can be taken at this stage..Consult an orthopedic surgeon to confirm the diagnosis.. Take calcium rich diet like milk, dates, ragi etc..
Hope I have answered your query.. Feel free to ask any doubts.. good day..

There is no relation with implantation site and pain. It maybe pregnancy related rather than cervical spondylosis. It would be best if it gets better with paracetamol, so take paracetamol and if no relief consult a orthopaedician to rule out spondylosis etc. He may do examination and may order tests. Examination itself will give an idea if it is related to spinal issues.
The issue is that x-rays are usually not recommended during pregnancy unless it is very necessary. In such a case it may be taken with precautions.
Hope I have answered your query.. Good day..
