What Causes Left Eye Pain?

Question: my left eye having vision problem, yesterday my left eye pain and when I close my right eye and try to see in my left eye some black patch see. today I am visited to eye hospital and they advice some medicine and eye drop. Plese suggest wheather this advisable medicine correct,

My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
There is leakage of fluid under the retina. If you use tobaco in any form,then it is to be stopped completely.
Treatment is to continue for a while and later on flourocine angiography,followed by laser photocoagulation can be done if leakage persists.
This treatment is good and continue with this and do get back to me in case of any further query in this regard.

can I take prescribe medicine for 1 month, anather this given eye drop put in infected eye or both eye.if i uese this medicine can this cureble or laser required.

Continue Medication

You can continue the medications for one month. The Eye drop has to be put in the affected eye only.

Usually this problem resolved on its own and does not require laser treatment. Laser is usually the last resort.

You can consider going in for laser treatment of the problem persists for more than 3 months, is recurrent or causes a visual loss of more than 6/36.

As of now just continue with the prescribed medications.
