Question: I'm 80 yrs old,I had CABG in 1999,had history of service spondylitis
For the past 10 days having pain in the left hand with heaviness spreading to left cheek mildly
Occurs from 7 pm to midnight
What cud b the cause

Past history of CABG mandates through evaluation.
Hence, it is very important to evaluate for the same and rule it out initially.
For this, I advise you to get an ECG and ECHO.
Secondarily it is important to evaluate cervical spondylitis.This can also cause such pain.For this, I advise you to have an MRI of the cervical spine.
Further management is based largely on the test results.
