Brief Answer:
Hi, welcome to HCM

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,
Your pain can be from different causes.

1, cardiac origin - in this case pain usually starts during physical activity, can last up to 15 minutes and disappeared with rest. Pain doesn't increase with movements and breathing.

2, anxiety - is usually connected with stress

3, vertebra problems and costochondritis - pain usually increases with movements, breathing, depends on posture. Increases with palpation.

An ECG is warranted to rule out cardiac pain. If you have severe pain you should refer to doctor for additional tests and treatment prescription.

Wish you good health
