Brief Answer:
You should get yourself assessed by a doctor without delay.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through the details and feel that you should visit a doctor without delay. The description correlates to a condition called pancreatitis which needs urgent medical attention. The pancreas is an organ that secretes digestive juices. But in case the digestive juices leak, it may cause damage to the pancreas itself, and hence the pain. Another probability to consider is gastritis. Your doctor would be able to examine, find out and treat accordingly.

Hope that helps.
