What Causes Left-sided Pain In Back Upon Movement?

Symptomatic care and rest. If persistent get evaluated
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Pain on one side of lower back with no recent history of trauma or injury or weight lifting is likely a musculoskeletal origin and muscle pull is a possibility. Tylenol alone wont be enough. Try some NSAID like advil with muscle relaxants like skelaxin etc. Apply heat over the area , it helps the pain. Keep a good posture, rest for a while, prefer lying supine on a flat surface etc. Physiotherapy exercises also help.
If the pain persists despite all these effort you should consult a doctor then, they will run an MRI to sort it out and rule out any compressive neuropathy.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
