What Causes Left Sided Pain In The Head?
Question: My wife had a sudden pain on the left side of her head in the middle of the night, as if something hit her. The discomfort continues this morning. She has suffered with memory loss for months. Her medications include Amlodipine and Labetalol for heart, more recently Donesepil, Ambien and Lyrica. The signs of stroke are not apparent. Does this sudden pain warrant attention at an ER this morning?
Brief Answer:
ER evaluation is necessary.
