Brief Answer:
Probably a pulled muscle. Take tylenol and Monitor for now!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed you information fully. Given the mechanical nature of this pain, it is likely related to a pulled muscle. My plan would be to take a pain drug such as tylenol 1000mg thrice daily. Monitor as well. However, if this pain worsens, I will suggest that we get an X-ray for evaluation of the muscle-skeletal structures at that area.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
