Brief Answer:
The current problem does not appear to be related to the cervical spine.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

In my opinion, the sensations you are currently having are not because of your cervical problems since cervical problems do not cause facial tingling.

In my opinion, you have some lesion in the brain or deficiency of vitamin B12. So I suggest MRI Brain and blood test for Vitamin B12. Further treatment would depend on the reports. In the meantime, you can start a combination of pregabalin and methylcobalamin.

Hope I have answered your query.
