What Causes Left-sided Tingling And Throbbing Sensation In Fingers, Hands And Arm?
Question: What is this tingling and throbbing sensation that comes and goes in my fingers, hands, and arm (all only in my left side).
It seams to be reaching farther and farther so that I now feel it up to my left front shoulder.

What you described are classical signs of a TIA ( Transient Ischemic Attack ). A Physical exam is needed to ascertain any focal neurologic deficit first, before jumping to conclusions as it could also be paresthesias or hypocalcemia. or hypoglycemia or myalgias I would advise you to check your B.P and go to an E.R or a stroke unit as soon as possible.
Investigations to look for a source of clot must be done as subsequent risk of a stroke after a TIA increases drastically.
Carotid and Lower Limbs
•Doppler ultrasound
•An echocardiogram .
•An electrocardiogram
•Blood tests, including a complete blood count, Electrolytes and a fasting blood sugar should also be done.
HBA1C should be done to estimate blood sugar control and meds adjusted accordingly.
