What Causes Left Testicle And Abdomen Pain And Constant Urge To Urinate?
Question: Why would I have a pain in left testicle and a pain in lower abdomen with urge to urinate and have bowel movements constantly?
Hi
Pain in testis associated with Urinary complaints suggest the possibility of Epididymoorchitis. I would suggest you to consult your Physician for further clinical examination and assessment.
