Brief Answer:
Need some more informaiton sir, thank you

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. First of all sir, what do you mean by "I haven't hit puberty"?

+Do you not have any facial hair growth?
+Do you not have any hair growth in the pubic and axillary regions?
+Has your voice not changed (become more hoarse)?
+Have you not ejaculated yet?
+Have both your testicles descended into your scrotum? If yes, were they always there?
+Have you never been sexually active?
+Have you previously tried masturbation?
+Do you attain an erection? If yes, is it painful?

As for the pain in the left testicle, this can also occur if you have not ejaculated yet, and you should do so by practising masturbation. But before this I would strongly suggest a doctors visit for a physical examination and an ultrasound of your scrotum region.

Other causes for pain in the testicle can be:

+Orchitis
+Epididymitis
+Retractile testicle
+Hernia
+Kidney stones
+Infections
+Scrotal mass
+Testicular torsion
+Hydrocele
and so on.

For this reason, I would strongly suggest a doctors consultation and physical examination to prevent any further delay or damage. Please visit a doctor at the earliest. Please also write back to me with a response to my queries so I can better understand and help you.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Then you are sexually active, need to check on testosterone levels

Detailed Answer:
Hi sir.

If you do ejaculate then you have attained puberty, but will require a physical examination at the earliest to evaluate your sexual health, please do consider this as a check on your testosterone levels will also be required.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Low levels can also cause pain at times sir

Detailed Answer:
Ok sir, that means your levels must already be low.

Sometimes low testosterone levels can also cause pain, but I would recommend a visit to your doctor for an ultrasound examination sir, better to be safe than sorry, don't you think?

Best wishes.
