Brief Answer: Yes, you should see your doctor. Detailed Answer: Hello! Thank you for the query. Yes, you should consult your doctor. Especially if you abdomen is bloated, you have gas and stool obstruction. Considering your medical history you have a risk of bowels obstruction due to adhesions and cancer recurrence. Your symptoms may be also caused by urinary tract infection. This should give frequent urinating, burning while urinating, blood in the urine. But obstruction needs to be ruled out first. Please visit your doctor (does not have to be oncologist), have physical examination, blood work, urine analysis, abdominal ultrasound and abdominal X-ray. Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions. Regards.
