Brief Answer:
painkillers is the only solution
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, I understand your anxiety related to the issue.
This is just a mild concretion or a small calcification of the endometrial glands.
Only problem they can cause is excessive pain during periods or at times pain during intercourse specially in mid cycle.
But there is nothing urgent a matter and you need not to rush to a gynecologist for this.
It has no solution except for
-hysterectomy (which obviously can't be prescribed at this young age)
-and pain killers.
So just take simple pain killers during pain in periods.
Take care

Brief Answer:
no such risk
Detailed Answer:
I understand your anxiety but calcification is never there in a cancer affected tissue.
Chances of endometriosis can be there but as the ovaries are normal and if her periods are regular then nothing much to worry as yet.
As she has a family history of cancer she needs yearly pap smear and ultrasound.
I hope I have answered your questions but in case you have any other query I will be glad to help.
