Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about the cramps you have mentioned. I would like to know for how long this has been going on and what part of the body is affected? Are we talking of the fingers, hands, legs, etc? Also, do you have any other medical condition?

the cramps are in my legs only at night been happening about a week
Brief Answer:
Could be related to your sleeping posture!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This happening only during sleep suggests that there is something not going right around this time. The most probable reason would be a poor positioning that compromises adequate blood flow to the legs and causes this. I will suggest that you look into how you position the legs and especially during sleep and make some modifications. This is unlikely to have a specific cause as it would not happen at other times of the day but for when you are sleeping. Should this not help significantly, then I will recommend further medical attention and investigations.
Before we get there, update me about the outcome of this measure in at most 1week and together we would decide on the next step according to results.
I hope this helps. I am always available for more exchanges as the need arises.
