Brief Answer:
DVT needs to be confirmed or ruled out.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Abrupt onset of leg cramps with dizziness and inability to stand or walk is an emergency can be due to one of the following reasons:
Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT).
Severe spasm of the calf muscle.
DVT is an emergency and needs immediate confirmation or needs to be ruled out.

Hence I would advise you the following:
Do not move.
Get shifted to ER for urgent color doppler studies as well as tests of blood so that an appropriate diagnosis be confirmed to get started on a proper line of treatment.

Hope I have answered your query.
