Brief Answer:
Not like herpes or chlamydia
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Clinically this did'nt look like herpes. Herpes usually presents with painful genital sores and burning sensation.
Chlamydia anyways does'nt present with sores or bumps. Chlamydia usually presents with burning micturation and urethral discharge.
The pictures that you suggested seems like that of folliculitis. It can be itchy.
