Looks like Aphthous ulcer

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thank you for posting your query on health care magic.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

Looking at the images ,it looks like Aphthous ulceration over the tip of the tongue. It will generally resolve in around 3-4 days.

You may find relief by taking the following medications:
Multivitamin,

Analgesic with Antiinflammatory like Ibuprofen (in case of pain),

Antacid like Rantac,

Anesthetic like Benzocaine to be applied over the
tongue(like Mucopain oral gel).

Also if you are suffering from constipation, then tale stool softener (like liquid Cremmafin).

Drink plenty of fluids.
Also eat green leafy vegetables .

Avoid spicy food.

Hope this answers your question.Take care.
