What Causes Less Muscle Mass In Chest Area?

Question: Take a look at the picture, as you may see I have a V shaped chest. It looks like there's missing a lot of body on each side.. what's is this called and is there anyway to fix it?

I have seen the image attached. The bony cage appears to be normal. It is the muscle mass that is less which can be built up with the help of proper work outs. This is just a normal physiological variation and is not suggestive of a pathology.
To confirm this you can get an X-ray chest done which will detect any possible bony deformity.
