need proper assessment and advise from an Ayurvedic physician
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your reply.
As you need to recheck your thyroid status. If your thyroid profile is normal then kindly withdraw the medicine. If it is abnormal change of Dosage is recommended.
As your headache and digestion problems seems to be because of your lifestyle.
You should take more fiber food in your diet.
Your diet contains more junk items. Try to reduce it.
Take oat meal, low calorie food.
Add okra, brinjal, cluster beans, leafy vegetables daily in diet.
Take nuts in the evening. Avoid high fat and junk foods.
Do yoga and pranayama to avoid stress.
Proper sleep at night is needed.
As you should continue your exercise without fail.
Prescribing Ayurvedic medicine will not help at this point.
I suggest you need to have a consultation in person with an Ayurvedic physician to assess and to you guide for a healthy lifestyle.
Kindly get back to me if there any query and clarification.
