Brief Answer:
Needs to be examined and investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. I would insist you to get a complete blood count done. It will help in ruling out a bacterial infection as a possible cause of the lethargy. If yes, it would need to be treated with antibiotics. If not, gurgling with lukewarm water and taking of steam inhalation should suffice.

You can take her to a doctor right away but I feel the blood test to be very important. The doctor can in the meantime examine the child and determine if the condition looks serious.

Rather than using tylenol as well as ibuprofen, I would insist you to give tylenol only, at a minimum interval of 3-4 hours if required.

Regards
