What Causes Lethargy, Joint Pain And Heavy Eyes?

I would appreciate your comments
Regards
XXXX
I Omitted to advise that my doctor also believes that I need to have Blepharoplasty surgery on both eyelids as the skin is protruding over my eyes and causing vision impairment which he also thinks may be a contributing factor to me unstable balance. It is the brain fog and unstable feeling when walking that cause me the greatest concern.
needs evaluation.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. I would like to ask you few more details.
Do you have any complaints of neck pain or cervical spondylitis ?
Kindly get back to me with details.
As per your clinical details, it appears to be
1. obstruction of blood flow to the brain.
2. Refractive error.
3. Nutritional deficiencies/ electrolyte imbalance.
Your current medications do not seem to be causing any sedation or altered sensorium. Curcumin should not be taken unnecessarily if there is no indication.
I suggest you to consult an ENT surgeon and get detailed ENT examination, vestibular tests (to differentiate central (brain) or peripheral (ear) causes of vertigo), blood tests (nutritional deficiencies, serum electrolytes), MRI brain and neck (to rule out any age related ischemic changes of brain and spondylosis of the neck). If necessary carotid Doppler (blockage of carotid vessels). Treatment can be started according to the investigations.
Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health.

Thank you for your prompt and informative response, much appreciated.
I do experience neck, shoulder and lower back pain on a reasonably regular basis which mainly feels muscular for which I receive monthly chiropractic treatment for which does help. Strangely enough the initial brain fog and unstable feeling when walking did coincide with a chiropractic treatment of my neck but these treatments have never caused this condition before.
Incidentally I do not feel lightheaded when standing up quickly just when walking.
Than you again
seems to be cervical spondyltis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
Thanks for considering my answer and for your follow up.
As per your clinical details, It appears as cervical spondylitis, in severe form, chiropractic treatment can enhance your lightheaded sensation.
I advise you to stop chiropractic treatment, and start wearing soft collar.
Hope, I have answered your query.
Take care.
