What Causes Light Bleeding Along With Nausea And Abdomen Pain?

Question: I had unprotected sex in Aug 28th-Sep 2nd. My period came in Sep 4th, it was light and lasted only 3 days. I’m supposed to get period yesterday which was Sep 4 but I don’t think it would come anytime soon. I have no period symptom, but left lower abdomen pain, nausea which come and go. I don’t think I’m pregnant but it would be nice if that came true. Should I take a pregnancy test now or should I wait a few more days? Thank you

I understand your concern..

Since you had very minimal bleeding in Sep 4, it could be an implantation bleed.. So you can get a pregnancy test now with early morning urine sample..

Do you get regular 28 day cycle? Then the intercourse was not on the fertile period that is 8-18th day in 28 day cycle..

You can confirm your pregnancy result with hcg test. Hcg>25 suggest positive pregnancy.. If negative, you can wait for a week to get periods.. If still no periods, you can take progesterone tablet for 5 days to get withdrawal bleeding..
