Brief Answer:
Could be early sign of pregnancy.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Thank you for replying. Your minimal bleeding could be an early sign of pregnancy. But as you have not missed your period the chances of pregnancy is not too high. As you are anxious to conceive its better to rule confirm if you are pregnant or not. You can get a urine pregnancy test done to confirm if you are pregnant or not. I am little optimistic in your case considering light period and symptom of nausea. Depending on the pregnancy test treatment can be planned.
Please ask if you have more questions. If you are satisfied, please make sure that your ACCEPT my answer so that I receive credit. Good luck!!
