What Causes Light Bleeding In Nose And Stool Post Intake Of Zyrtec?

Question: I have asthma - usually allergy and excersized induced. I recently have been diagnosed with multiple food allergies I never had before, and tested for other known environmental allergies. I have a short haired dog, but he never caused sinus issues in the way cats do. Just at times skin allergies.
This fall/winter I have been more prone to sinus infections and bronchitis - never seems to go away.
My Drs have me on my emergency inhaler, Asmanex HFA (Hated Advair), Musinex MD, Flonase and Zyrtec.
I Just started the Zyrtec this past week. Musinex I have been doing for the last month.
I have starting having light bloody noses (no drip - but in the tissue when I blow my nose) and once a day for the past couple days notice blood in the toilet.
I thought it was my period - but check - not the case.
I don't know if all of that combined with having the heat on 24x7 is causing it.. but something is off.
I would have to say the combination of all of it is causing.
Again, The Zyrtec is the new guy on the block. I have taken all others without issue.
And in the past I did take Zyrtec but no other allergy meds.
So is it the combo?

1.) No
2.) Did not notice that.
3.) No
4.) No, loose stools, but some straining
I also take Advil. It is strange that the bloody nose blows, and twice blood in the toilet.
But I have no unusual pain but a little on the dizzy/tired side from all the medications.
