2. Eye problems like acquired nystagmus
3. Cervical spinal cord problems like spondylosis
4. Neurological problems
5. Diseases of the inner ear like Meniere's disease
If I were to be treating doctor I would like to start with symptomatic treatment with anti-vertigo drugs like Cinnarizine.
