Brief Answer:
You need not be worried.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthacareMagic.
I have gone very carefully through your query and understand your concerns. It could be that due to some reason the heart was not able to pump blood adequately. An echocardiography will be revealing in this regard. I do not think that it is due to arrythmia.
Electrolyte imbalance could be another possible cause but that should have already been corrected by now and investigating is unlikely to help. Anyway, asking her to take juicy fruits like citrus fruits should help as they contain plenty of potassium.
Regarding the blood cells, I would insist you to upload the report and I would be able to comment thereafter.
Regards

I do not have access to lab results. Has scheduled a consult with her primary care physician and will come home for tests or stay at XXXXXXX Needs a referral to the best up in Davis/Sacramento.
I cannot thank you enough and tell you how much I appreciate this answer and the service you provide!
Is she dangerously I'll?? Also she donated blood q 3-6months.
Sincere thanks. NPG

Brief Answer:
You need not panic
Detailed Answer:
She does not seem dangerously ill but it is very important to get the echocardiogram done. Hard to comment without the reports. Her blood volume should already been replenished by now, after she donated blood. Small red blood cells could be seen in iron deficiency anemia where iron tablets will solve the problem.
Let me know if I could help further.
