Brief Answer:
These symptoms indicate transient ischemic attack.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam
Welcome to Health care Magic

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history.
The symptoms of light headedness, nausea and lines in vision indicate transient ischemic attack.
The common causes are hypotension, hypoglycaemia, hypovolemia, anemia....
Since in the previous examination report blood pressure is towards lower side we need to rule out hypotension as cause.

Hence I advice you to take rest, have plenty of fluids and watch for symptoms to subside.
If the symptoms persist you need to consult your primary care physician for examination to rule out the causes as I have mentioned and treatment accordingly.

Hope this information is helpful to you.

Thank you
With regards
