Brief Answer:
If minimal blood without symptoms then nothing to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. If minimal amount of bleeding with out other symptoms then nothing to worry. This can be due to hormonal changes. If it occurs again then need examination by Gynecologist.

Do you have itching sensation ?
Do you have painful urination?
Do you have any abdominal cramps?
Do you had any history of recent unprotected sexual intercourse?

If painful urination is there then it can be due to urinary tract infection and in such case urine routine examination should be carried out to rule out infection. If positive then antibiotics will be required. You can take barley water , cranberry juice to decrease symptoms in such case.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

Minimal bleeding means spotting.

Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up.

Minimal bleeding means spotting ( streaks of blood when wiping only). If it is like that then nothing to worry. But if it get repeated or associated with other symptoms like abdominal cramping then a pelvic examination by Gynecologist should be done to rule out the cause.

Let me know if anything not clear. I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Then there is possibility of UTI.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again

Thank you for your follow up.

Then there is possibility of UTI. You can go for a urine routine test t rule out infection. In case of signs of infection ( increase in amount of puss cells in urine) a culture and sensitivity test should be done and can take antibiotic according to that. You can take cranberry juice and barley water to decrease burning sensation. Sodium citrate or potassium citrate syrup in water also can be taken to relieve burning or painful urination.

Also you don't need to keep quiet if it pains while examination. You should tell your doctor that it is paining. By making you lying down in proper position with muscles relaxed and applying gel you won't feel pain.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
