Brief Answer:
urine pregnancy test

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, I understand your concern but it is not possible to have periods after 4 days of ovulation.
So either the ovulation had occurred long back or that bleeding has some other reason.
I would like to ask if you are sexually active and if you are using any type of contraception?
In case you are not sexually active then get an ultrasound done but in case there is a history of unprotected intercourse then do a urine pregnancy test and tell me the report.
Waiting for your response.

Brief Answer:
urine pregnancy test needed

Detailed Answer:
That's good but still do a urine pregnancy test because it is not your periods most likely.
And in case negative nothing needs to be done but if it happens again in next cycle then get an ultrasound done at the earliest.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
pregnancy test

Detailed Answer:
In my opinion you should do a urine pregnancy test so that we can rest in peace.
Moreover if at all it happens in next cycle then we have a plan to manage the same.
