Brief Answer:
Likely vaginal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Unprotected intercourse can lead to slight vaginal abrasion and injury , causing a little bleeding.
It can also lead to vaginal infection, leading to yellow discharge.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist, if possible, for proper examination, investigations including vaginal smear examination and get treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
