Possible Diagnosis:Vitamin B12 deficiency
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic
Since you have mentioned in the question that extensive investigations including MRI scans have been done before, I believe that neurological problems like stroke have already been ruled out.
Vitamin B12 deficiency is possible in your case. It can present with anemia(which can cause lightheadedness, fatigue), neurological problems causing difficulty walking, numbeness, dry mouth etc.
Vitamin B12 deficiency is seen in people who are vegetarians or people taking antidiabetic medications, anti antacids. There are also conditions where absorption of Vitamin B12 is affected like pernicious ania, chrons disease etc.
Please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider to undergo a complete blood count, peripheral smear and vitamin B12 level testing done.
Treatment is with Vitamin B12 replacement therapy
