Brief Answer:
smaller meals will help
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I do not think you need to worry but it may be that if you eat smaller and lighter meals this will take care of the problem.
When you are stressed excess acid builds up in the stomach and putting a heavy meal in with all that acid can cause problems.
Also you could try adding a probiotic daily or an acid blocker medication at bedtime like ranitidine.
We often get a cold when we are stressed because stress lowers our immune system response to fighting off infections.
Make sure that you are drinking plenty of water and consider adding a multivitamin daily during times that you are very stressed.
