Question: Almost 5 hrs ago i had rapid onset intense dizziness/lightheadedness that led to severe sweating on the back of my neck, mouth watering, gagging, then nausea/vomiting. My lips/skin tingle, feel weak and im fatigued with general muscle weakness. My eyes also feel strange and my astygmatism almost seems to feel significantly worse. I just started my irregular period today (have ammenhorrea) so im not sure if the dizziness could be related to PMS. Not sure if relevant but had a miscarriage in November. Laying down has only helped to not go into a deeper intensity spell. Three moments felt like it suddenly just went away but it after about 10 seconds its still there. I've had minor vertigo spells in the past but nothing like this. Not experiencing tinnitus and it really came out of nowhere while I was in a store.

The day before, I was sick most of the day from what i suspected later to be due in small part to a hangover and maybe a cold. This was while on a trip at 6.5k altitude in the mountain. This had started with a sore throat though so I felt like it was probably more than previous night celebratory drinking... But maybe allergies to the room we stayed in.

Im extremely stressed out right now. Too many factors and its not going away...

I take Trazadone rx to sleep 50mg. I am not having fever. I dont know my blood sugar but i have mostly been drinking water today. Ate some pistachios but when this started i was about to eat. I got a hot dog and soda water but feel far too nauseous. My blood pressure is typically good. I dont have a device to measure it at my home. This is the first time this has happened and it is 11:54 pm. I donated blood last month and they said i wasnt anemic but im not sure if that is static or just for that instance.

If i have been taking trazodone without any problems whatsoeverfor many months, what might cause a sudden adverse reaction?
