Question: since XXXXXXX of 2016. I started feeling lightheaded, headaches, nausea, tingling/numbness in my legs, muscle pain, soreness in the neck. I've had several blood work done. So far I've been diagnosed with Hpylori. Took antibiotics for Hpylori. All symptoms went away except the tingling/numbness in my legs. Now months later, I'm starting to feel nausea again.

Brief Answer:
Thyroid functions/Vitamin D/Blood sugar/Electrolytes/Calcium

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.

The description of symptoms is non-specific. Hypertension, Diabetes, Thyroid disorder and Vitamin D deficiency(serum 25-OH-Vitamin D levels) should be evaluated for.

Further, its vital to maintain adequate amount of hydration. Lightheadedness may improve with good amount of fluids intake. Vitamin B12 supplementation may help to alleviate tingling/numbness.

If the symptoms persist despite all, a physical examination by a neurologist should be sought.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
