What Causes Lightheadedness Upon Waking Up?

Question: I have felt light headed in the morning when I get up for last two weeks. If have to get up in middle of night, I feel a bit dizzy or again, light headed.

I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
There can be possibility of acute vestibular neuronitis.
Is there any vomiting, hearing loss, ear fullness?
Any previous stroke?
Any diabetes or hypertension?
You can take cinnarizine or betahistine for dizziness.

In answer to a couple of your questions:
No vomiting, hearing loss, or ear fullness.
No previous stroke. No diabetes or hypertension.
Took blood pressure 3 times in 15 min at 6:15 am and they are114/62 pulse 56
123/61 pulse 58
118/42 pulse 57
I am allergic to penicillin and NSAIDs, can only take Tylenol if anything so I rarely do
Only other thing I can add is that I have been very fatigued every night for about 2 or so months and I don't wake up feeling rested.
