Brief Answer:
Such symptoms could occur due to anxiety or mild depression.

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM

The symptoms like wanting to pass out, light-headedness, blackness of short duration which occurs when you becomes upset with someone or gets angry on someone could occur due to anxiety or mood swings due to mild form of depression. But the diagnosis can't be made with these symptoms alone.

Irritability associated with lightheadedness, wanting to pass out or blackness etc are common features of anxiety. Normal anger or irritability is a common behaviour of any individual but if it becomes persistent and start affecting normal functioning or cause distress then it should be properly evaluated. I would advise you to visit a doctor or preferably a psychiatrist.

Such symptoms can also occur due to deficiency of Vitamin B12 or Iron deficiency anaemia. I would advise you to take supplements of B12 and Iron tablets to reduce any chance of vitamin deficiency.

For issues of anger outbursts, lightheadedness etc symptoms try relaxation exercises, yoga, Breathing Exercises etc. These exercises will keep you relaxed and you will feel better. Short course of anti-anxiety drugs can also help to reduce such symptoms. I would advise you to consult a doctor for proper evaluation.

Also in follow up question I would like to know whether these symptoms are persisting or have developed just recently?

If you are facing some problems in your social or personal life due to such symptoms?

If you have some other symptoms like palpitations, restlessness, tremors, sweating etc during the episodes of anger?

Thanks, please provide these details in follow up so that I can proceed further.
