Brief Answer:
Take blood pressure

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,

You medication can cause lightheadedness in case if they cause low blood pressure.
Medications for blood pressure control sometimes can cause low blood pressure as a side effect, especially in your age, so I would advise you to monitor your blood pressure and pulse for couple of days.

Take care
