What Causes Little Crusty Spots On My Arms, Legs And Arms?

Question: Good Morning
Over the past couple of weeks, I am getting little crusty spots. They are not localized. I first noticed them on my arms, but now I have found a couple on my legs and this morning on my back.

According to your complaints it could be infected eczema or pyoderma which is bacterial infection of the skin.

these are very small single spots, not in groups or clusters. They do not itch, nor are they discolored.

Pyoderma, topical antibiotic

According to your complaints it could be pyoderma.
I would recommend you to apply a topical antibiotic like neosporin ointment or fusidic acid cream on the affected areas twice daily for few days.
