What Causes Loss Of Appetite, Fatigue And Diarrhea While On Flonase?

Question: Hello. Yesterday mid-day I slowly lost my appetite and then quickly felt fatigued. I ate a little in the evening, had some diarrhea, slept well but broke out in a sweat, still feel fatigued today with limited appetite. Also, no indication of a fever, and no sore throat or congestion. At my doctors recommendation I recently started taking Flonase, and yesterday I happen to forget to take it. Feels like severe allergies, however I've never felt symptoms this strong or digestive/appetite issues with allergies.

Thank you for the response. For some additional information, I have had my thyroid tested in the past, and my doctor recently confirmed that it does not need testing again. Today I have still had very limited appetite, and now a little stomach cramping. I have been drinking a little water, should I drink more? My energy levels are a little better but I still feel slightly run down. It almost feels like a stomach bug, but I have not had any nausea. Any further insights would be helpful. Thanks.

Possible gut infection-mild
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I can understand your concerns.
In such a case, it is important to treat your stomach issues as a mild infection.
A short course of antibiotics for 3 days is sufficient to get you back on track.
I generally recommend my patients with oral tablets of Ofloxacin and Ornidazole and appetite inducing syrup like Aristozyme. Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe them to you.
