Brief Answer:
Needs urgent evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Loss of appetite, vague pain in the upper part of the abdomen and feeling dizzy after a short activity all points towards a cardaic dysfunction. It will require urgent evaluation. Here is what you should do

1. Approach a general physician for an examination and ECG. If ECG is normal I strongly recommend a thread mill test
2. Do not engage in physical activity or travel until you are evaluated
3. Do not smoke
4. Consume lighter meals several times a day instead of three heavy meals
5. Do not strain while passing stools.

I hope I was of help, please get back to me for any further queries

Regards
