CT scan is normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Sir
Thanks for providing the reports AND CT images. Ct scan is normal and there is no cause for concern.
Total Leucocyte or white blood cell count of 11400 is very much normal( normal rage is between 4000 to 12000 . It again varies from laboratory to laboratory. For reference this is normal range ).
Based on your young age and normal CT Scan isolated symptom of loss of appetite is unlikely to be due to cancer.
It would be very helpful if you could provide me with the following additional information
1. Do you have any respiratory symptoms like prolonged cough ?
2. Do you experience nausea or vomiting or any other symptoms attributable to gastrointestinal tract
3. Are you passing stools regularly? Are you constipated?
4. Are you having any low grade or high grade recurrent fever over this period ?
Awaiting your response
Take care

There is no cause for concern
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Dear Sir
For many normal individual total blood cell count could be in high normal range. Most commonest cause for elevated Wbc is infections. Cancer is unlikely in your age in view of no other complaints and CT being normal.
In fact CT was not indicated. Cause of loss of appetite is likely to be Stress and anxiety of WBC count elevated due to cancer.
Be relaxed and your appetite should improve.

Stress leads to decreased appetite
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir
anxiety or stress will lead to decreased appetite. Stress usually does not lead to elevated white blood cells. Going by your report your WBC count is only in the high normal range and there is no cause for concern.

Can stomac cancer developand grow fast within 6 months and can it be a reason for low appetite. I dint feel hungry at all for past 20 days if sit on table for food i eat a little my worries are all will it be a stomac cancer .
Not due to stomach cancer
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir
It's unlikely to be due to stomach cancer
1. Rare to have stomach cancer at age of 38
2. Stomach cancer which is so rapidly growing is associated with obstructive symptoms like distension of upper abdomen, nausea and vomiting.
Isolated occurrence of loss of appetite is rare in stomach cancer
3. Ct scan is normal : had there been any lesion especially like a growth it would have been visible on ct
4. Short history of 20 days , clinician would not suspect cancer as the cause
