Brief Answer:
Blood sugar levels/Autonomic neuropathy

Detailed Answer:
Hi Kafmush,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.

In Diabetics, giddiness and fall can be due to low sugar levels as well as autonomic impairment/autonomic neuropathy. Your Blood sugar levels need to be monitored and BP needs to be checked for postural hypotension.
For the same, I suggest that you should get physically examined by a neurologist.Meanwhile, maintaining good amount of water intake may help reduce your symptoms.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
