Hello,

I have worked through your attached query in detail

It's advisable to quite an intake of beer and whiskey.

Alcohol is known to have a serious impact on the brain and spinal cord resulting in motor symptoms

Considering your symptoms and Clinical history it's advisable to get MRI brain at the earliest to rule out organic brain pathology if any.

Additionally, it's advisable to screen yourself for the following.

Serum Vitamin B12 levels
Nerve conduction study of both lower limbs.

Consultation with a Neurophysician is most important for a detailed Neurological examination
