Brief Answer:
More of distraction

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
I have read and understood your history and problems.

To recapitulate: Male / 30 - married 2 months - foreskin pushed back and got stuck and swollen for 2 days on first intercourse - Doctor - moved back the foreskin and advised circumcision - losing a bit of erection when entering the penis with condom on - Wants to know the reason and the solution.

This is a very common problem with many people to loose a bit of erection on or after putting on the condom.
The most probable reason is just a distraction and nothing else. I will try to explain in simple words (you may please ask if something is not clear in your mind).
Sex is all in the brains they say and when one is in the act of either foreplay / actual act / after the act, the full concentration alone can make you enjoy all the steps. This is the only act where a human is 100 % engaged into it.
The distraction created by the act of putting condom, setting the position of the condom and position yourself with your wife makes the the break in the process and thus one gets to loose a bit of erection.
This is very normal and very naturally unnatural phenomenon to occur.

The solution:
Practice makes the man perfect- you both will learn with time the timing of putting a condom; may be far before the actual sex, may be during the foreplay which continues till you get full erection. Do not be in a hurry, take time to see that the penis is fully erected before penetration.
Try different brand of condoms- may brands are difficult to put on- roll on, cause pinching (another cause of loosing erection); start using the brand that suits you the most.
Calculate the safe period which is usually 7 days before and 7 days after the 1 st day of menses when the cycle is of regular and 28 days period. (avoid the bleeding period). So no need to use condom and hence no problem of break in enjoyment.
If the foreskin is completely movable over the glans, see to it that you pull the skin to normal position every time after the sex and cleaning with water.
Circumcision is commonly performed as religious or cultural procedure and is considered a minor surgery.

I hope this answer helps you to get the solution to the problems you wanted to know the reasons and solution.
Please feel free to ask for more if you need to.
Do not hesitate.

Wishing you both a very happy married life.

Hi,
Thank you for your answer.
My penis is fully covered with foreskin and i cannot pull back. I can only see hole of the penis from where the urine pass out. Is it necessary to pull skin till the XXXXXXX is seen to have intercourse.
Please advise what do i need to do to overcome from this Foreskin problem.

Brief Answer:
Necessity of exposed glans is a personal thing.

Detailed Answer:
Possibility of the foreskin being able to be pulled over the glans is the issue. If it can not be pulled back you may need circumcision if this is the hindrance in intercourse with pleasure.

No, it may not be necessary to have the skin fully retracted for having sex. This is very personal. If you can enjoy the normal sex without glans being exposed, you may continue to have it this way.

I have seen results in many patients where you can try to pull back the skin as an exercise, clean with water. you may use some jelly like KY jelly or Xylocaine Jelly for easy gliding.
If the try is successful and if you can glide the skin easily with time over the glans and then replace it back, surgery may not be needed.
Remember that the skin has to be covering the glans all the time to avoid the accident you had after first sex. This is called paraphimosis where you get the swelling caused by the ring thus created.

If this fails then it may be necessary to get the circumcision done.
I would also like you to be examined and counselled by a General Surgeon or an Urologist for actual examination and to teach you the retraction exercise and Circumcision if it fails.

I hope this helps you.
Please feel free to ask for more if you need to.
I will be happy to assist you more if you need to.

Brief Answer:
Do as advised .

Detailed Answer:
You are most welcome.

Whether circumcised or not pleasure in sex is totally a different thing, a mutual between the two people; totally a personal thing.

You are married for 2 months and you must have many sexual interactions.
What is your experience ?
Whether the tight skin had any interference in sexual activity or pleasure ?
Do you think this is causing any problem ?
Can you retract the skin without discomfort to see the whole glans and replace it back without any difficulty?

In fact people say that they enjoy more sex after circumcision as the glans is now fully open and is very sensitive.

After circumcision if done properly and if the post-operative period is fine and without complications, the sex life may be more improved.

Solving the problem without Circumcision: Already explained how to do this.
Paraphimosis can recur only if you do not pull back the skin over the glans, so nothing to worry till you forget to put back the skin. This you can do every time after proper cleaning as a healthy practice.
