I understood your problem now.

You can get erection with tadafil and depoxetine,it means your physiological system is able to response well.

Problem is no urge and interest for sex. Desire for sex and libido originate in the brain not in the sex organs.

This desire is controlled by hormone testosterone as well as relative level of estrogen and prolactin.
Other reason is related to some psychological disturbance.

If hormonal investigation is normal, you need to consult psychiatrist for psychological evaluation, diagnosis and treatment. Treatment will be in form of psychotherapy/counseling and/or pharmacotherpay.

Until then you can try one medicine called tetrafol plus. It is vitamin preparation. It may be available over the counter or you can get it with doctor's prescription.

It contains Methylfolate, Mecobalamin and pyridoxal phosphate.
It should be taken twice daily after meal. Response will be seen after 15 days. If you feel response, continue for 2 months.
If no response at all in 15 days, it would not be useful. No significant side effects are there as it contains vitamins preparations.

All reports are necessary for your problem and it is good that all of them are normal except lipid profile.Your cholesterol is high. you need diet control and regular exercises.

I did not find thyroid hormone report. You should go for that.


It is ok that you had taken dietary supplements and vitamins. But tetrafol plus is not merely a supplement. It is useful in many cases of sexual dysfunction. You can try as there is no side effects.

One reason of your problem might be SSRI use in past. You have been given paroxetine cr 12.5 in past which is an SSRI . It is used for treatment of premature ejaculation. Ropark is good to treat and reverse the side effect of SSRI. However I feel it should be increased up to 4-6 mg per day in divided dose. Please ask to your doctor for this suggestion to increase the dose of ropark.

If thyroid comes normal , I think you need detail evaluation by psychiatrist in terms of history, detail mental status examination and sexual history.
