Brief Answer:
continue treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.
Any prolonged illness, stress, viral infection, recent surgery, fever, vitamin deficiency status, etc also can be the cause. Treatment given to you by your doctor is correct, continue it. It takes at least 6 weeks for you to know the effect. So don't stop. Have faith in the doctor and it's treatment.
Hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.
