What Causes Low BP After Having Lisinopril?

Question: My blood pressure at 9:11 AM was 174/101 with a plus of 68 took a half pill of Lisinopril/Hydroclor 20 mg/ 12.5 mg and half a pill of Carvedilol 12.5 mg checked it at 11:26 AM and was at 103/61 w/P 78 is that bad felt dizzy, I am 66 yrs old?
