Brief Answer:
may be due to dehydration

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

One of the more common reasons for a reduction of blood pressure and the associated symptoms would be decreased fluid intake though there are also other causes as well.

You may want to consider increasing your fluid intake today and over the next few days.
The use of oral rehydration fluids or sport drinks may be best because they would give back both fluids and electrolytes that you may have lost.

If it was only decreased blood pressure then a slight increase in salt would also be recommended but salt would also cause fluid loss so this is not advised for you, just the fluids.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

Brief Answer:
one of the possible symptoms

Detailed Answer:
HI

Yes, it is one of the possible symptoms that can occur with dehydration.

There are a host of symptoms that can occur, some persons experience only a few, others may have all.

If the headache is severe and you are otherwise worried about it , then it would be best for you to see your doctor for examination.

If anything else unclear, feel free to ask

Brief Answer:
yes

Detailed Answer:
HI

Headache is one of the symptoms that can occur in some persons who have dehydration.

Other symptoms that may or may not occur are dry skin, tenting of the skin (when pulled up, stays up due to fluid loss), decreased urination, change in mouth odor, muscle cramps, fatigue.

As mentioned, if the headache is very bothersome and you are still concerned, which is understandable, then you may consider seeing your doctor for an assessment.
