Brief Answer:
I recommend an immediate medical check up.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Wellcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would like to explain that it is important to perform a careful physical examination of the swollen arm to differentiate between A possible arm blood circulation disorder and a medication adverse effect.

Meanwhile, as blood pressure values are getting to lower trends, I recommend stopping the antihypertensive pill and consult the prescribing physician about the ongoing BP managemen strategy.

Hope to have been helpful to you!

Feel free to ask me whenever you need! Greetings! Dr. Iliri
